10:00 – 10:45 AM | Opening & Exploring the Mind
We’ll begin by grounding into the retreat space with a guided meditation and intention setting. Together, we’ll explore how the mind creates patterns and why certain thoughts and feelings can feel hard to shift. Through journaling and reflection, you’ll start uncovering the loops that keep you stuck—and open the door to lasting change.
10:45 – 11:45 AM | Shifting Your Inner Story
This session is all about new tools and perspectives. Through guided exercises, you’ll practice reframing unhelpful thoughts, exploring healthier coping strategies, and creating empowering inner narratives that support your growth.
11:45 AM – 11:55 AM | Short Break
11:55 AM – 12:45 PM | Cultivating Presence & Peace
Learn simple yet powerful practices to quiet the mind and calm the body. With mindfulness, breathwork, and gentle movement, you’ll experience how to regulate your nervous system and anchor yourself more fully in the present moment.
12:45 – 1:30 PM | Nourishing Lunch Break
1:30 – 2:30 PM | Listening to Your Body’s Wisdom
Your body has stories to tell. Through gentle somatic practices, journaling, and reflection, you’ll learn to tune into the signals your body sends, what it's trying to tell you, understanding emotions and stress with curiosity and compassion.
2:30 – 3:15 PM | Integrating Mind & Body
Here’s where it all comes together. Using creative self-expression and sound therapy practices, you’ll experience how cognitive tools and body-based awareness work hand in hand to leave you feeling aligned, grounded, and renewed.
3:15 – 3:30 PM | Short Break
3:30PM – 4:00 PM | Closing Circle & Commitments
We’ll end our time together in a circle of gratitude and reflection. You’ll set personal commitments and carry forward practices that keep your growth alive long after the retreat day ends.

Session 2: Releasing Emotional Blocks and Resistance
Learn simple practices to safely move through emotional barriers with compassion and courage.
Session 3: Reclaiming Your Energy and Clarity
Restore balance with mindfulness, breathwork, and body-based practices that bring calm and focus.
Sunday, October 26 | 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
Session 4: Aligning with Your Authentic Self
Reconnect with your core values and truths to guide decisions and direction.
Session 5: Creating a Path Forward
Translate clarity into action with visioning and planning practices you can sustain.
Closing Circle and Commitments
End with gratitude, ritual, and next-step commitments to carry your growth forward.
